Shipping Policy


Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED DUTY AND TAX COLLECT. Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

Your shipment may or may not require a delivery signature. Please understand that this extra precaution is taken to ensure secure product delivery to our customers. If you would like to request that a delivery signature not be required, please input the following statement in the 'Comments' box when placing your order: Please DO NOT require a delivery signature for this shipment. I understand that by requesting this, I'm assuming all responsibility for all lost, stolen, or undelivered parts after they leave the Parts.com warehouse. Please keep in mind, by doing this, you're assuming all responsibility for the items once they leave our facility! Any claims regarding items shipped to an incorrect address must be made within 45 days from the date the order was placed.

Estimated delivery time starts AFTER the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note that all parts are not kept in-stock. If one or more parts on your order need to be ordered from the manufacturer, please expect an additional delay in the delivery of your order. The online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not always reflect the accuracy, pricing, availability or stocking status of parts. Although the majority of the data in the catalog is correct, there can be discrepancies in part numbers, part descriptions, and pricing due to monthly manufacturer updates and data available. We reserve the right to make changes to part numbers and pricing depending on manufacturer data. In these situations, price changes will require customer approval. We'll update the status of your order with a comment explaining the price change.

Due to the size of our Catalogs and the vast differences between items, we use a percentage-of-order method to calculate shipping charges. Because of these dynamics we reserve the right to adjust this amount. In some cases, we may need to increase the cost of shipping to account for weight and size including dimensional weight (Room that it takes up in the truck). We will contact you if there is a change in shipping price.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Due to excessive damage claims and high shipping cost, we reserve the right not to process orders for bumpers or body sheet metal. This includes, but not limited to: hoods, fenders, doors, trunk lids, moldings or glass of any kind. These orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. We may require additional identity verification or vehicle information before accepting or processing any order.

The shipping calculations should be accurate but in some cases with the large variety of shapes and sizes of items we carry, our calculations may be off and in these cases we will contact you immediately to inform you of these changes prior to charging your credit card allowing you the opportunity to reject or approve the item in question in your order.

Return Policy


You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs. All return parts must be in the undamaged, original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. If your order did NOT include the VIN there may be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered! There are no returns on airbags, electrical, or previously installed parts. Mazda-parts.com is not responsible for any installation or removal costs associated with returns or any other claims. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is yours, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.

NOTE: Please contact us regarding any returns. You will be liable for all additional shipping charges. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit. All shipments must be prepaid. COD and freight collect shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.
